I’m going on my first all-expenses-paid brand trip this August. Not because I went viral. Not because I cracked some secret code to content creation. But because I leaned into the truth of my story—and chose to share it with intention.

A therapist once told me:

“The experience is yours, but the lesson you learned belongs to the people you’re meant to serve.”

That stuck with me.

So I talk about my health—even when people say it makes me look weak.I talk about my entrepreneurial missteps—even when others are making money glamorizing the grind.I talk about my mental health—even with so much to be grateful for.

And what I’ve learned is this:

Every time I choose truth over perfection—alignment over aesthetics—something aligned shows up.

It’s not about the numbers. It’s about the depth. My niche? It’s me.

My journey is mine and my responsibility. But so are the people I’m called to impact.

A lot of people are private. I get it.But you don’t have to tell everything to share something that matters. You just need to get clear on what you’ve lived—and what someone else might need to hear from that.

You’re not too much. You’re not not enough. You just haven’t gotten clear yet.Start with the parts you’ve healed—and speak even from the parts still healing.

There’s someone waiting for your voice to open the door.

All Is Well— Ashlee Nicole
